Compare the results given by conventional wire strippers and a laser marker.
With wire strippers...
With a laser marker!
· Wear and tear on blades
· Incorrect cutting pressure can cut conductors
· Only simple cutting operations are possible
· Since no blade is used, the cut is always clean and there are no problems with wear and tear
· It is possible to cut only sheaths without damaging conductors
· Sheaths can be cut at any point, even in the middle of the cable
[Use a laser marker to cut cable sheaths and achieve consistent quality!]
At the same time as computers and mobile phones become ever smaller and ever more sophisticated, cables have been made thinner and thinner, to the point where they cannot be handled using conventional mechanical methods. A laser marker can cut the sheath only, without damaging the conductor at all. Since there are no problems with blade wear, the same cut can be made every time, ensuring consistent quality.
Implement the above improvement using this product:
Cable sheaths are cut with the heat of a laser beam which scans at high speed. Since the laser beam can be applied at any point within a 110 x 110 mm square there is no need to move the cable. It is also possible to cut both sides of flat cables cleanly and quickly by using a mirror.
